Poor service

I ordered online and order was partially delivered and was advice the other item would be delivered in 12 days. I ordered on the 13/11/2023 and still haven't received. The service is shocking to says the least, no correspondence at all from builders warehouse and I have to keep calling and emailing for feedback and with that done, I'm still not given a direct answer as to when am I getting my delivery.
