Poor Returns and Call Centre Customer Care

Phoned many times over a four days about my warrantee repair. Even went into store: Constantiaberg Branch. Each time they promised someone will get back to me and no one ever does. This repair was handed in on the 16Nov2021. Complaint Ticket: ***
