poor response,no responses
I ordered an ebony mirror 900 x 700 bevelled on the 13 sept 2015<br> <br> Which I paid R 475.00 in full for ( nn had no stock )<br> <br> My son found out for me in secunda that their store had 7 in stock.<br> <br> I approached nn and asked them to get one for me from secunda. <br> <br> Bheki Zwane the salesman keeps giving me excuses.<br> <br> I spoke to Mondli Masondo , branch manager this morning who said he will look into this matter.<br> <br> <br> <br> This type of service in not acceptable.<br> <br> <br> <br>

I'm sorry we didn't get back to you regarding the collection of your mirror.
I understand the inconvenience this has caused as it's taken this long.
The service you've received is not the type we want for you or any of our customers and I'll make sure this doesn't happen again.
I've spoken to Mondli Masondo, the Branch manager. He's advised there is one coming from Secunda today. He also advised he's spoken to you and arranged for you to collect it tomorrow.
I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unfortunate experience
