Poor Refund Process and Pathetic Service

Good day On the 1Oth July ‘24 I’ve purchase a gyser + installation online . The Geyser was delivers after I fought with the guys delivery date was not met as promised, to cut the story short let me get straight on the matter now. The installations part was not done because it was cancelled. Thabang called on the 12th I requested for the refund and I was adviced it will be escalated. I’ve been calling week in week out spoke to different consultants, did send all documents that was required from my side nothing till this day.

The last person who responded via email was Thabisile Dhlamini , refund forms and all docs were submitted again the seriousness of (popi act)

I’m tired of this I need my cash back If I only knew I was going to go through this I should have went somewhere else. The service is VERY POOR their urgently can’t even revert to previous notes or even advice accordingly .

The worst of them all is I recieved a call Sat the 10th -08-24 that all things were done on their end system the installation was done by whom I don’t know.( that’s *****)

This is pathetic and your service is very very poor . Can someone Snr please handle this matter and get back to me with my refund as I’m not planning to drive around to the shops to sort something that You are unsure with on your side.

I need my cash back and no more😡
