Poor quality service

Builders is very sacking with poor service. I ask them to add money to my store account. They say I should call real people, I phone real people they say builders must add the money to my store account, I contacted builders they say they can't it's not part of essential service. I ask Craig from builders. He said all departments are working and the store is open to public. Along the way he said people from home loan improvement is not back, after I explained what's going on. I told him that I will take it further. He keep on saying people from real people are not back to work. Now I got a call from real people "builders " asking what I need to be assisted with. I explain to her. When she was trying to assist the system went offline. Builders your service is very disgusting. I even want to vomit . You don't know how to work with people. # ****.
