Poor quality products

I am so disappointed with your products.<br> <br> We built a braai, you can just imagine the cost to that and bought the braai at builders. So, we realised the paint of the braai was just falling off. I took the braai back, and the person helping me got irritated with me. he said he was not going to open anymore of the braai's because every single one we opened was damaged. Then we got one that was ok ... now that it is built into the wall, all the paint is falling off. We had to buy again EXPENSIVE spray from builders to fix their poor quality product.<br> <br> So is the products of poor quality just to sell more stuff to us??<br> <br> We are so disappointed with you ! <br> <br> Who is going to fix this? It is a Megamaster braai ..... and the spray we had to buy is almost R200. So do we have to carry this cost of your poor quality ??<br> <br>
