Poor quality product and Slow customer service.

I'm not posting a negative rating since builders does have some redeeming features but are failing on the online store aspect. I purchased a Major Tech timer online which when it eventually arrived does not work correctly. Firstly, the returns and refund policy link provided shows a black page. I sent an email and received a reference number ***, there has been not further communication or response to my emails. At this stage I'd simply like a refund, the quality of these Major Tech devices is clearly questionable.
