POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

On the 17th November 2020, I made a purchase of an icon toilet seat ch hinge (***) which costed 365.00. My apartment was under renovation, I only moved in on the 1st December, Yesterday to my surprise the very same toilet seat is now broken. I have ONLY used it for JUST 1 MONTH, Mind you, I stay on my own, no kids. Is this the kind of "Quality products" that are sold to clients??? I demand this is exchanged ASAP. WHY SHOULD I PAY 365.00 FOR something I can ONLY use for 1 month??? Money doesn't grow on trees!!!!!!!
