Poor quality of products

Purchased a table and 6 chairs for quite a hefty price and the quality is terrible. Firstly received terrible service when I first complained and the returns manager merely provided a R500 discount on the table. The chair legs have been breaking. Absolutely poor quality of products and I complained about this to the returns manager but he did not want it returned as it reflects badly on him. I don’t want the table and chairs at this point as it is unusable. Please sort this mess out or my next step is the complaints commission.
