Poor Quality Control and not welling to go extra miles to rectify their faults

Bought 7 pallets (3500) of small bricks. Quality was very bad, most of them disintegrated. I went to complain, surprisingly I was not the 1st customer to complain about the quality of the bricks.

I was told to bring the bricks back. Just imagine, I have to spend more money for transport and labour (loading the bricks into the truck). They should have done their quality control before selling, for me it's a loose-loose situation. Since it's their mistake, they should have collected the bricks and replaced them. This is very sad.
