Poor product quality and service!!!

I submitted the complaint below regarding the poor quality product. This morning someone called me from Builders, I think Kurt. Initially I was impressed with the response, and he agreed to send me an email so I can forward him the pic of the broken product. Its 18:00 and I still didnt get any email from him. I bought this kreepy at Somerset branch on 23 September. He also said I can check on my bank statement to see when I bought the product,which I did. I can send you my statement of you need. So the product is not even months old!!!! Now I am even more ticked off!!!

I bought this unit (Voyager MII) 3-4 months ago at Builders Warehouse in Somerset West.

The unit is working fine,but now the bump strip is broken already,as it kept bumping against the stairs in the pool. I thought this is what its suppose to do? How can this break so soon already? Now my water quality is deteriorating as the unit is not working correctly.

What am I suppose to do now? I've just spent money buying a new unit, and I see on the box there is a 3 year warranty.
