Poor ordering system
I paid extra for delivery as some of the items were too long for my vehicle. A portion of the delivery was made but the last part (including one of the too long items) was not as they were out of stock. How do you sell something you don't have stock of? Their current IT system is clearly sub-standard. #Pathetic
