Poor Online Service

I've ordered an angle grinder from Buiders Warehouse more than 3 weeks ago. After I made the payment, the order confirmation email came through stating that my grinder is ready for collection. I drove to the Faerie Glen, Pretoria builders (150 km from where I stay) only to find out that the grinder is not there. No one at the collection station was able to tell me when I the grinder might be there or provide me with some sort of contact details to phone before I drive all the way. I've also emailed a complain to Builders Warehouse asking assistance, but till now no one has responded. Writing this review is my last option.
