Poor online Service and customer relationship

I purchased items online and was partially delivered. No clue/communication of what happened to the undelivered items even after 10 days. Tried all possible communications Builders Warehouse Leeuwkop - *** (call not attended) Head office Account Queries - *** (call not attended) Website chat - no response Not sure what else needs to be done.
