Poor online service
I made an online purchase on the 30th November and also paid delivery which was supposed to be within 5 working days. I haven’t received any delivery or any form of communication from Builders Warehouse regarding any delays. I have contacted their customer service since the 8th December and every time I am informed that they will escalate the matter and get back to me with feedback
