Poor online purchase/delivery system.

I made an online purchase on 7 Dec’2020, the delivery was scheduled for 9 Dec’20.......it’s 14 Dec’20 today & I have not received my purchases.

I’ve made several enquiries & all they say is ‘we will check & get back to you’ & no one will communicate with you until you make a call, very poor communication.

I made these purchases for the purpose of using them on 16 Dec’20 but now I have to make hire out these items. This is very unprofessional.
