Poor online ordering system

Online Ordering is really bad. I have an order outstanding for nearly 2 months now and all they can tell me is they have no stock in KZN and neither does their supplier. I have checked online and they have stock in their Cape Store but they refuse to ship it to me, apparently they don't do that. I have checked with the supplier directly and they have told me they do have stock in KZN. I have followed up with the online store, no response.
