Poor online functionality
What is the use of ordering via your website, for an instore collection, if two days later the order status is still 'in progress', yet at the time of ordering it clearly stated one day. Also, don't bother contacting Builders using the e-mail form on the website, absolutely no response. Time to take my business elsewhere
