Poor Management Skills Trashy Branch Manager

Friday the 13th of September 2024 I walked in at Builders warehouse woodlands in Pretoria, I wanted to get coffee and some few things, As i was approaching the coffee place I overheard the Branch Manager (Andre)shouting at the receptionist about not wearing a uniform ,She was clearly wearing a brown shirt and over it was a builders jersey and a name tag as well, My issue is that it was around 1 or 2 in the afternoon so meaning he hasn’t seen the young lady since opening of the store?, again as a manager of the store why aren't you calling her aside or in your office to reprimand her professionally. Looked around the store and theres cashiers wearing casual clothing! Assuming it was casual Fridays, so what was different about her dress code that she was called out then and there He was rude snd uncalled for , Poor management skills nxa
