Poor Management

I'm Busisiwe Seemela I order online at Builders Newmarket warehouse, on the 30th of September and got a response for delivery on the 5th October, I had to call the store four time,Manager Thandi couldn't even call or respond to my calls,or tell me what the delay.She didn't even have the decency to apologize for the poor service, haven't received the package even today.
