poor experience , 1st time customer

I bought a water heater at Builders Tygerburg branch initially the first one was bought online, and I received a 15% welcome voucher , the item was faulty, and I returned the item. I purchased another one and got home the item did not even go on.

I drove to the store twice wasting my petrol in the rain , with the poorest customer service . to top this all off I couldn’t even receive my welcome 15% voucher back I paid double the price I paid and still received broken items.

So, my question do you stock broken goods? Are you aware of the poor customer service in store? Why should I contact the supplier and wait 2 weeks for them to get this sorted when the item was purchased by builders?

Now I am at my wits ends , first time customer poor experience and not happy.
