Poor delivery service

I placed an order online and only received part of my order. I have logged a query on two occasions on your website to follow up on my order. The personnel who come back to me have been quick, but the store that is meant to deliver is giving me and you a run around. Each time the store tells you next day it will be delivered, this week nothing has arrived. This order was placed on the 22nd April. I see on the status on the website it says order completed, but it is not completed. If you can not supply me the Timber SAP H2 CCA Treated 38 x 38 x 6000 mm, Qty of 4, please refund me, and I will purchase the wood at cash build. I've been buying from builders for years, and disappointed in the service and which gives you guys a bad name.
