Poor Customer Service

We are a large Civil Construction company and have an account with Builders. Today we attempted to make a purchase from a different branch than the branch we normally buy from and were told we need a pin number to purchase on our account. That is all good and dandy, if only we were ever informed what that pin number is. The Builders representative who dealt with the set up of this pin number has subsequently left and now we are stuck not being able to make purchases on our account, since we don't know the pin and not even their head office can assist. If I didn't know better, I would think they did not need our business. We were forced to go buy the material from another local supplier. Congratulations Builders, if the aim was to lose business, you succeeded.
