Poor customer service
After phoning and confirm stock availability at Builders Warehouse Newmarket in Alberton I drove there to buy the advertised product Product id: 507226 (African Gate and Fence Welded Mesh (30m x 1800 x 1.8mm) R839 rol
Me and the salesperson walk to their yard and I saw the product. The 2 available parts as advertised and on the shelf. He (the salesman) then said that it can not be the same thing because it must be much more expensive. Strange that it's the only 2 on the shelf as per their availability on their system and website same description and measurements.
The sales manager said that the system is wrong and not updated. The salesman said that product ID 507226 is actually selling at R3899.00 and nor R839 as their system shows as well as the website.
Absolutely poor customer service and a total waste of time and fuel to drive there
