Poor customer service

Bought electric 4 glass plate stove, the stove has been working well for the past week after installation, suddenly after 2 weeks I saw a Crack in the middle of the stove from the begging to the end. It broke my heart to think the money I worked hard for just went down the drain. It's not even a month and this is the result I get, it's a Defy brand and I am so disappointed.
