Poor customer service

I bought 3 Fired Earth Ultra Pave - Burgundy (20L) (Builders Online Invoice ***), only to discover that the paints were blue and not Burgundy. I sent an email on the 4th of March 2024 and received a reference number ***, since then nothing has happened. The paints delivered have still not been collected and I keep phoning to get an updated and every time I'm told someone will call me, but no one ever calls. I've spend R3000 on those paints and if you don't want to collect them and replace them with the correct colour the least you can do is refund me. I'm really disappointed with the service.
