Poor customer service-Builders Strubens Valley

I placed an order on 6th of September at Builders Strubens Valley, and I was informed that the delivery will be either Tuesday or Wednesday. I have made follow ups regarding the delivery as I am still waiting. I was told around 13h00 today that the delivery will still take place today. In other words I have to wait for Builders to determine when I can start and finish my project, I had to cancel the person who was supposed to come and work tomorrow. My email below sent 12 September 2025.

I trust this email finds you well. I would like to find out the estimated delivery date for the order mentioned above, I called yesterday and today@ 08h15 to find out as to when I can expect it. The lady who answered the phone at Delivery said she will call me back to let me know when to expect the order. I arranged to work from home this week as I was informed that the order will take 5 days to deliver, I cannot make this arrangement next week hence I am requesting your assistance regarding the delivery date. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
