POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- BOKSBURG

I purchased an item online on the 4th of April. I still have not recievd the order and no communication from Boksburg Builders warehouse. This is not the kind of service I expected and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. I have called the contact centre twice and they cant get a hold of the store either. Where is the customer service???
