Poor customer service at Builders Warehouse Newmarket

I saw a oven and hub set online. Went to my nearest Builders Warehouse which is in Alberton, Newmarket. When I got there I had to wait close to 15 minutes in the kitchen appliance department as they call out the person working in the department. Eventually a guy from the kitchen department assists me, not knowing that actually the item I'm buying is actually a set. So he sells me the stove/hub and says they don't have the oven in store. And that the person who works in the department has knocked off already, he took my numbers and said he'll ask him/her to call me in regards with the stove. 2 days later still no call. Then I go to the store, I have to wait again for a few minutes as there was no one in the department to assist me. Eventually a guy by the name of Olifant comes, he says he will look for the stove in other branches and call me once he gets it. 2 days later no call, I'm told Olifant is out on lunch and the lady in the department (Nokuthula) says she can't assist me since she was not the one who assisted me at first. Then I ask for the manager, he comes (Raymond/Eddie) and also asks me to leave my numbers. Days later I still haven't received a call. I go back to enquire, I'm told "they forgot". Then another guy from management (Njabulo) says he will assist. I'm still waiting. I could have easily bought the oven at another store, but problem is I'm being told they are sold as a set. Had I been assisted by someone who works in the home appliances department in the first place, I wouldn't be in this position whereby I'm stuck with a stove/hub and no oven. Customer service there is non-existent. Customers can easily walk in and leave with the money as there's is always no one in the department to try and sell you the appliances. Some people go in the store not knowing what they want, but require someone to try and sell them a product. It's like they don't care whether you buy or not. They don't even give you an alternative. What gets to me the most is that they don't even call to explain whether they are able to get the oven or not. Communication goes a long way when it comes to customer service.
