Poor customer service.

Builders Warehouse Newmarket. The help for customers in the paint department is non-existent. I walked, looking for paint for almost 40 minutes without anyone helping me to find out if they can assist me. Eventually I took some paint wich was more or less what I want. I am still not sure if that was the correct coice.
