Poor customer service
Poor customer service order placed on 11 Dec - was told it would take 1 week from Jhb - 12 Dec invoice paid - told that the client would be notified in 1 week. it is now 8 Jan and no one has contacted us and you cant get hold of anyone to find out what the progress is of the order. You sit forever on the contact centre number, get told the incorrect telephone number for the sales consultant. Terrible customer service
