Poor customer service!

I have received a reference, I have been emailing regularly for weeks with this reference requesting feedback, no one attends to it or answers me, only automated responses.

Today I call them, I am told someone will call me back as they cannot reach the branch who released my stock for the online purchase.

Terrible service!
