Poor customer service

I called Builders warehouse Capegate in early June to get an estimate on building material needed as I need to redo a carport. Was told to email. Done so. They reply a week later to say they need the plan. I send it and explain the measurements. I say I want a mere estimate , it's not like they are going to build it right? I went there in the past requesting a quote based on measurements. My problem now is , builders seem to not need customers anymore. They either dont reply like now or take weeks. Keep it up builders. When business is good you seem to forget how to treat customers. Your stores will be running empty soon.ask Edcon what happened with their poor customer service.
