Poor Customer Service

I went to Builders Warehouse NewMarket in Alberton to buy few items (tap mechanism and a wrench). I asked another gentleman for a discount who referred me to the Information Desk. I went there and the lady called one of the Manager and I later learned that his name is Unathi. I asked him for a discount and he offered me 2% and I asked for 5%, he then started to show off his management s****s and behaved like he owned the whole Massmart group, when we started speaking he spoke isixhosa and English and I spoke Sesotho and English, he claimed that we will not understand each other assuming that he speaks better English, he was as arrogant as someone who owns the whole Walmart Group. He finally gave me or I accepted the 2% but the manner in which he behaved he could improve and behave like someone at his level, unless he got the position as part of affrimative action and he doesnt qualify to be there.
