Poor customer service

Very poor. The pick N pay hyper builders warehouse have no customer care ethics. I was told by the so called manager Roschnie, that her stance is final and that she could not return a lawnmower that was bought an hour earlier from the river horse store and was not starting. Also she made me bring this heavy machine by myself to her and her staff to try and start it. After failing she said she could not do nothing and her word was final. After which I had to carry this heavy machine once again to my car.
