Poor customer service

I bought a gas stove from Builders Polokwane three weeks ago and I must say it was my first time and the last time I buy any appliances from Builders. The stove is not working and getting assistance from the store has become an impossible task. The appliance manager is rude and he makes you feel like he is doing you a favour listening to your complaints. I've been waiting for him to send people to come fix my stove and I'm still waiting. He can't even give you a call to give you an update. It's like it's my fault for buying faulty goods from their store.
