Poor customer service.

I made a purchase online at builders warehouse on the 25th of April 2026. I got a call from builders warehouse fourways in the morning on the 29th of April, consultant asked if I was home since they want to make delivery, I told her I'm home and she said they will deliver on the very same day. Up to now I'm still waiting for delivery to be made, I even complaint on your website only to get an email that my issue has been resolved. Resolved how? when I'm still awaiting my order and no communication at all from the store. Today, I called the fourways branch asking about delivery, I was told by one of your consultant that they will call back in 5 min, up until now it's over an hour waiting for feedback regarding my order.
