Poor Customer service

I have shopped at Builders Warehouse for many years. Poor customer service comes to mind almost every time I shop there. Fortunately, Chamberlains has now come to my area, and it definitely presents a better shopping experience. Today I shopped at Builders Warehouse in Carlswald. I waited in their dispatch section for a long period of time for Tile adhesive to be loaded (20Kg bags). Nobody attends to you. Eventually I loaded the bags myself. In my office clothing. Just aside, I am over 60yr, a heart patient and just been to my cardiologist yesterday. Eventually someone comes to me and tells me they are understaffed. That is so far from the truth. There are so many people standing around, talking and/or on their cellphones. On a previous occasion there was not a single teller at any station. Queue just grows. Eventually someone arrives and the excuse is that she went to eat. My advice to customers is to avoid this place.
