Poor Customer Service

Walked into the store at 5:50 yesterday(store closes at 6pm), was done at the till point at 6pm, walked toward the exit on the right as my car was at that door, the security tells me that the door is already locked please use the other exit, I can respect that so I walked around to the other exit and made my way to my car, what really annoyed me is that as I get into my car she opens the door for staff members to leave..... That is extremely pathetic in my opinion, thank you for the year of great service but you have lost a regular customer.
