Poor customer care

I have been renovating my house and most of things i am buying from Builders warehouse @ New Road Midrand.

This is a very beautiful store!

But i have had a problem with the service the stuff is giving to customer

You walk through rhe store and no one to assist, you will evem consider walking away cause of lack of assistance.

The stuff is a lot in this store but always grouped with friends, you find them on ticktok n whatsapp instead of assisting customers, please who supposed to be in thier departments needs to be looked for when you finally find a person to ask.

The other day i found stuff undoing hair instead of assisting customers not sure if they were on lunch.

Your stuff does not want English, we forced to understand them in whatever language they choose.

You have a device in store, beautiful concept but it was a total waiste of money, you press that button and wait,

One day i needed bubble rap and it was so high on shelves and i pressed the button n not a single person came. I had to find a ladder and climb so high. If you have camera there, please review for last week and you will see me risking my life for things that your stuff must be helping customers with.

Do something with your customer service. Is frustrating
