Poor communication

Checked on Builders website for barge board at Rivonia store, 6 in stock. Went to Rivonia Store and was told that they were out of stock. Went back home and called Builders help line. Was told that the items had been sold while I was travelling there. Checked the website again, still 6 in stock. Was then told that the computers only update overnight. The agent on the help line said that he would call me back at 13h00, which he did. Informed me that Fourways had stock. I informed him that I would expect free delivery. He stated that Fourways would call me by 15h00. They did not. I am now deciding whether Le Roy Merlin or build Africa or Cashbuild will get my money. Time now 15h50
