Poor communication

4th Jan - Ordered double grocery door<br> 13th Jan - Supplier opneed<br> Words as per Sabelo - takes 14days but will contact us if there is delay. No phone call<br> End January we went in to check if it arrived. No stock and they couldn't tell us when it will be there and wasn't even ordered at supplier by end Jan. After a used argument Anna said she will contact me on 01Feb. Monday came. No phone call. Tuesday came. No phone call. I had to phone Anna on 03 Feb to ask where my stock is. Her words was\ didn't Sabelo phone you?\" She then said our stock will arrive on 4 Feb and we can collect on 5 Feb. Meantime Sabelo phoned on 5 Feb and said our stock is on its phone. He is just waiting for truck. On 6 Feb I went in and my stock is still not there. Spoke to Jasman. And told him my situation. Once again he said he will phone us on 8 Feb but yet again NO PHONE CALL.
