Poor cashier service Midrand Builders

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by cashier Kelebogile Makgale during my recent visit to the Midrand Builders Warehouse. Instead of attending to customers promptly, Ms. Makgale was engaged in personal conversations with colleagues, causing delays in service.

I urge you to provide additional customer service training to Ms. Makgale and ensure that all staff prioritize customer needs above personal matters.
