Poor service

I ordered a solar geyser online in October The next day I recieved a message that it was out for delivery When it did not arrive I contacted them I contacted them twice a week Every time I was told that they did not get the item from the supplier Last week s very rude manager Francois told me that it was delivered to the wrong branch and that due to a strike they cannot get it TodY I spoke to a manager referring me to someone that can aee what went wrong During all this tome they never phoned me back With an answer or a solution It is now t3 December! Poorest service I ever recieved A large company that can not service a customer!!!!
