Poor Builders online experience!

I ordered 3 x large Concrete Garden Pots online on the 26th of April. It was to be fulfilled by the Strubensvalley branch which is 6km from my house. The delivery was scheduled for the 27th. I waited …. No delivery. When I checked my order history the delivery had been cancelled and sheduled for the 29th. I called the customer care line and they confirmed deliver would take place on the 29th. The 29th came and … no delivery. No delivery on the 30th either … I went to the branch on 1 May to enquire when the delivery would take place as my email to *** also remained unanswered. The branch said they would follow up and I requested delivery to take place the following day (02/05). When I checked my order status now it states that my delivery is now scheduled for the 7th of May!!! No communication from Builders throughout this whole process. Really unhappy. Will not use their online platform again!
