Poor Brand Total Waste of Money

I bought Goldair 4 Burner Gas Hob Stainless Steel SGH-400ST at Builders Fourways a month ago in. After the stove was installed with the hope that it will serve its purpose. The installer followed the instruction as indicated by GoldAir , the whole house was smelling gas which is health hazard. The smell of the Gas was unbearable. This is poor brand and poor quality. The stove leaks the Gas this is a horrible and useless brand and health hazard brand.

When I returned the stove I was told that the technicians will come within two days to check the problem. I received a call from Builders on the second day stating that I must email a certificate of compliance in order for Builders to ensure that the stove was installed correctly.

When I purchased the stove I was not told that the stove must be installed by a reputable installer and they must provide me with the COC, now that I am complaining I am given the whole list of things that I must submitt to Builders.

The stove I have not used , the stove that is health hazard to me and my family , the stove that is of poor quality the list is endless with this brand

For Builders to be selling poor quality brand /products they should own up for the complaints that come through. I will never ever make use of Builders for anything
