Poor bad service
I'm really disappointed and angry after buying stuff from builders warehouse for many years but after what I've experienced today I'm really disappointed... I bought a spray Gun 2weeks ago and the gun stopped working. So I took it back today to get it checked.... But the stuff was so rude... Instead of checking what's wrong with machine I was treated like A fool and for an item I paid for. All they had to do was just check it or exchange it for me but no this manager was busy shouting and treated me like a stupid so I don't want the machine I just want my money back that's

27 May 2020, 21:22The service that I got from Builders in Mall of New Market on 27/05/2020.... To even describe it as Terrible, it would be an understatement. If this how I was treated, then I wonder how many people who were treated the way I was treated.
So on the 13th of May 2020, I had purchased the Bosch PFS 5000. All was well and then on the 26th of May 2020, the spray gun was no longer pushing out paint, instead only air is blowing through the spray.
So on the morning of the 27th of May 2020, my associate and I head to the store and we were 1st assisted by a lady by the Returns counter. We explained our predicament, who then politely said to us that she was going to call the manager.
When the Manager, I do not know whether he is the store manager or manages the paint and accessories department, comes in and takes one at us and as proud and rude as he can be, asks us what do we want?... Like really???
We then proceed to explain our problem with the machine, he decides to rudely interrupt us and says, and I Quote "it's because we didn't mix the Paints with water, that's why the spray gun is damaged".... WOW!!!! Unfortunately, we had a heated moment... It was only when I said to him that I'm a professional painter who runs a contracted company, only then did he choose to change his tone and start being "Polite".
He then suggests that he contact a Bosch agent so that he arrange to pick up the machine for a speedy repair. OK cool! As soon as he speaks to the Bosch Rep on the phone, he decides to ask him about his family and how is the "CoVid-19 and the Lockdown" treating him before attending to our matter... Mind you we told him that we're currently on the clock and time is money, he decides to have a nice chat over the phone... Maybe because he had already reported so he was sorted and he wasn't a bit concerned about CUSTOMER SERVICE! ????????????
So with that being, to say that I am disappointed your store, I'm highly peeved and disgusted at how some of your staff members treat your customers. After getting my machine repaired, I am NEVER setting foot in any of stores EVER AGAIN. I'll definitely be encouraging all my fellow colleagues in my field to do so.
