Poor all round. Norwood Builders Express. Grudge shopping!

Builders Express Norwood is the closest hardware to me. Although I find it a complete grudge to go and shop there. I find myself nearly always having to walk the floor looking for help/ staff, literally 9/10 times. Something that you would think would take 5 minutes lands up being 15 - 20 minutes shop. Hearing or seeing management is far and few between. Staff seem completely uninterested and unmotivated. Really poor service and as mentioned a real grudge to shop there.
