Poor Al-round service from Builders

I recently ordered timber from Builders Trade Depot Wetton. One of 3 places i was able to order from via builders website. Order was done and paid on 25/3/2019 with delivery only to be on 10/4/2019... this was a lot longer than i expected but placed the order. By the 10th, no body from builders had contacted me about my delivery. i made contact with the customer care office. this morning i get a call, saying that that store does not stock the timber i ordered 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks have gone by, and nobody has bothered to check or contact me. then i get told by the service desk that someone will contact me from the store, and now at 2:30pm, the day after my order should have been delivered. still no confirmation. I have an important job todo, which i have postponed and have to complete this weekend. But nobody at builders seems to care about service.
