poor after sales services on repairs

very sad that builders warehouse is under the same umbrella as of game discount world as they do not give the services like game discount world maintains.

I bought an item at games and the floor ,manager was messing around so i complaint to games discount and was sorted out accordingly as well asgot the floor manager for abusing and throwing me out of the office.

Now a similar situation has happened at builders warehouse but thank goodness the staff were more civilised to me.

my story is as follows... i bought a sewage pup that was on sale was at a bargain price, it gave up after a few months so returned it for repairs on 25 11 2022 acknowledgement of receipt of goods no 122690

they demanded either they repair the machine or replace one that is similar to the one i bought. today I went into the door and now i hear that the pump is misplaced and im waiting for the outcome of the results im writing to you because of the poor services received as to the delay in getting me my pump back. .
